Privacy Policy

Heta Autopost is a private tool that publishes Heta Woodard's own short videos to her own YouTube channel. Only Heta and her partner Ernest use it. Ernest runs it for her. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else can sign in to it.
This policy covers the Heta Autopost tool, not general browsing of hetawoodard.com.
YouTube API Services
Heta Autopost uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API v3) to upload videos. It asks Google for one permission only, youtube.upload, which lets it upload videos to Heta's channel. It cannot read, edit or delete existing videos, comments, analytics or subscriber data.
By using Heta Autopost, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. To see how Google handles data, read the Google Privacy Policy.
Data it handles
- A Google OAuth token for Heta's YouTube channel. It is stored on a private, access-restricted server and in the encrypted password store of the computer used to set it up. It is never shared.
- Heta's own videos and captions. These are taken from her public TikTok posts and uploaded to her YouTube channel. Video files are deleted from the server right after each upload.
- A small log of which videos were posted and when, including the platform video IDs. It is kept so nothing is posted twice.
Heta Autopost collects no data about viewers or anyone else.
Sharing, cookies and ads
The YouTube token and upload results are used only to upload to Heta's channel. Heta Autopost does not sell data or share it with third parties, and nothing from YouTube is sent anywhere else. The same tool also posts Heta's videos to her own Instagram and Facebook accounts. It uses no cookies or tracking, and it shows no ads.
Revoking access and deleting data
If you connected a Google account, you can revoke Heta Autopost's access at any time at security.google.com/
